Baking is an art. My journey of baking began when i was a small child. I remember very well baking with my mum. She would always tell me the first thing that you need to do before you start baking is to make sure that all the windows and doors in the kitchen are closed.

My mother taught me so much about using my hands as a woman and i'm so proud of that. She would always say a woman should use her hands to cook and bake. I’m so grateful for her lesson. Today i can bake and cook thanks to Eunice Petronella Shonhiwa.

The other person i’m also grateful for is my sister in-law Fadzi. Fadzi makes amazing cakes. She really knows how to DJ in the kitchen when it comes to baking and cooking. Her cakes are a must have. I’m glad to have her bake for Gees Bridal and Events. She’s our Cake Boss for the family. We love her cooking and baking. Thanks to my brother for marrying a beautiful woman and a great cook.
